Treasury

OPplus Treasury provides customers with cross-company views of all payment-relevant data. This includes banks and bank balances, customers and vendors with their respective open items, open payment import journals, and payment proposals. The cross-company views of the accounts or their items can be accessed in any Treasury company, provided that user permissions allow it.

There is easier access to liquidity-related data within the group for centralized control. Payment proposals can be centrally created and monitored in treasury companies using templates for execution. When payments are made to different bank accounts within the Treasury network, assigning them to the corresponding Treasury companies is easy. To ensure proper accounting and transfer of payments to the correct companies, the required journal entries are mostly automated. Additionally, the Treasury module enables the use of central bank accounts, which allows for processing the entire payment receipt of individual Treasury companies.

Treasury Setup

To use the module, you must make some configurations on the Treasury Setup page. These configurations include selecting which companies' data should be displayed across companies and which bank accounts, G/L accounts, customers and vendors, and their open items should be displayed. Additionally, payment proposal templates, payment proposals, and payment import journals need to be configured.

    • Activate Treasury - enable this field to synchronize ongoing movements and changes in the master data of the Treasury companies.
