By wielding the AI your company already uses, Continia Document Capture will analyze your OCR-processed invoices and suggest the most likely G/L account, item, resource, fixed asset, or item charge for every line – as well as the most likely G/L account for the header.

Crucially, nothing is set in stone until you review and accept a suggestion. Each one of these suggestions is accompanied by a confidence level and a reason, so you understand why they were made. What's more, Document Capture associates the correct data to the vendor, so no tokens are needed when the same lines appear in the next invoice.

Feature details

This feature will become available when you enable and configure Continia's AI capabilities for your company. You'll then connect an AI provider to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and select a different model, if desired.

AI-powered suggestions will be enabled on the template level. Documents with lines will make use of line suggestion, others will only use header suggestion. You'll then be able to either trigger the suggestions manually in the document journal and on the document card or allow the process to run automatically, after the document is recognized by Document Capture's tried-and-true capabilities.

A small number of G/L account suggestions will be made per header or line. For items and resources, more suggestions are possible. The suggestion with the highest level of confidence will be applied, but you remain in control. Nothing is posted until you review and confirm the suggestions.
