Document Capture is an end-to-end solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that enables you to import, OCR-process, register, approve, and archive invoices and other business documents. It streamlines and automates every step of your document management process, featuring a full approval workflow that allows users to approve documents after they’ve been received, scanned, and registered. Also, the digital archive makes it easy to retrieve previously processed documents for auditing, reporting, or other purposes.
Built directly inside Business Central, Document Capture provides a seamless user experience to all users of Dynamics, both new and experienced. It’s easy to integrate and set up and comes with a host of features to make your life easier. To quickly find exactly what you're looking for on Continia Docs, you can either filter by title in the navigation pane on the left or search for specific words or strings using the Search field in the upper-right corner.
The content on Continia Docs is based on the latest versions of the various Continia apps and the latest edition of Business Central online, unless otherwise stated. If you read about a feature or capability that you can't find in the actual software, your organization may be using a different version of Business Central or an earlier edition of the Continia app in question.
