Implementing in-app tours to Continia solutions is a key element in educating our users about specific pages and concepts in Business Central. Teaching tips aim to make it easier for new users to get started using Continia Payment Management.
Feature details
In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 2021 release wave 1 (BC v18), Microsoft introduced the concept of teaching tips. Similarly, Continia has added a number of useful teaching tips to the select pages in Payment Management.
The new teaching tips have been added to the following pages:
- Bank Card
- Cash Receipt Journal
- Payment Journal
In the coming releases, teaching tips for the following pages will be added:
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Payment Management Setup
- Payment Notification Setup
- Statement Intelligence Setup
