Business value

This feature will improve the security of your Azure-stored documents by adding support for two popular authentication methods: shared access signatures (SAS) and Microsoft Entra IDs (Microsoft articles).

While SAS tokens offer a quick way to share temporary, permission-based access to storage resources, Microsoft Entra provides persistent, ID-based access with support for role-based access control (RBAC).

Feature details

You’ll be able to select the desired type of authorization to your Azure Blob in the Document Output Setup and manage your authentication settings on a dedicated page.
