This feature gives you more control over how send actions appear across different document categories. By configuring visibility per category, you can tailor the interface to match your workflows and reduce clutter. This helps you work more efficiently and avoid confusion when sending documents.

Feature details

The visibility of standard Send actions on pages was previously managed through the Document Output Setup, which didn't support configuration per category. You can now do this from a new and separate setup page, Send Actions Visibility, which features categories and options to hide the standard Email, Print, and Send actions as well as the Document Output group. Upgrade code moves your existing settings to the new setup.
