Business value

This is the first step toward a new framework for Continia eDocuments. As one of the many building blocks of the support for French eInvoicing, scenario flows enable you to customize the structured data in the outgoing eDocument.

This feature will allow you to define scenarios which automatically configure your eDocuments according to, for example, your government’s, your vendor’s, or your customer’s needs.

Feature details

This feature will include support for the French automatic billing framework, which determines the proper billing framework code based on the document and line types (i.e.: goods, services, or mixed). As well as the use cases defined in the French legislation (i.e.: XP Z12-014), you’ll be able to set up other use cases based on your needs.

Additionally, scenario flows that are not country-specific will be supported. You’ll be able to preset the data you need as part of the XML structure creation. These scenarios can be manually adjusted for each document and can contain values from the document itself – with support for extensions.
