This feature gives you greater control and confidence when sending documents by letting you review the selected output profile and number of documents before they’re sent. It helps prevent mistakes and ensures that documents are sent using the method you intend. If you prefer a faster workflow, you can hide the dialog and continue sending documents without interruption.

Feature details

When you send documents in Continia Document Output, a confirmation dialog is now displayed. The dialog shows the output profile that's used for the document you're sending (or the text Multiple selection if you've selected multiple documents with different output profiles) and the number of documents that are about to be sent. It also allows you to select the sending method, providing the two options Direct (sending the document right away) and Send to Queue (sending the document to the email job queue) to choose between.

If you prefer not to see this dialog every time you send a document, you can hide it in the Document Output Setup by enabling the Hide Send Action Confirmation option. The Document Output Setup also allows you to specify the default sending method.
