Why are there so many different Output Profiles?

If I open the Output Profiles menu, the list is very long, with many different Output Profiles that I won't use. How come?
Answer
All newer versions of Document Output are configured to include all available templates and formats in all supported regions. This means that regardless of the region you are operating in, you have access to the complete set of Output Profiles offered by Document Output.
