Email text can be built using merge fields to personalize it before it's generated. With this feature, you can add data from the posted source document to the email template body, making email texts even more useful and easy to read by recipients.
Feature details
Inspired by web shops and Business Central standard emailing functionality, we will be adding new functionality that makes it possible to build email body texts in email templates using predefined document lines. The information from these line will appear directly in the email text as well as in the generated PDF attachment, adding to the quality and readability of emails sent from Document Output.
