ZIP file import
Some banks provide multiple account statements bundled together in a single ZIP‑compressed file. To support this workflow, the system can import ZIP files that contain several bank statement documents at once. When a user uploads a ZIP file, the system extracts the contents and processes the supported files inside. This functionality helps handle situations where statements for different accounts are delivered together and need to be reconciled individually.
The upload option is available on the Bank Acc. Reconciliation List and the Payment Reconciliation Journal List pages. A factbox on these pages allows users to select and import a ZIP file. Only ZIP files that contain CAMT53 or CAMT54 files are processed.
