Sending Electronic Documents in Canada
As a customer in Canada, you can send electronic documents as files attached to emails.
Canada doesn't yet have a fixed strategi for adopting the PEPPOL eDelivery Network. Considering the wide adoption of PEPPOL in Europe and beyond, Continia hopes that Canada too will join PEPPOL to establish a unified and frictionless exchange of electronic documents. Currently, Canada is evaluating PEPPOL as a country-wide standard for the future.
However, as an alternative to PEPPOL, you can still export and send electronic documents as email attachments. Most widespread formats are supported, but not all. For a list of supported formats, see Supported Formats.
