How to use the XML archive on the bank card

The purpose of the Xml archive, is to be able to troubleshoot bank files, in case of errors during payment import and export.

Access the Xml archive on a bank to get information about the files imported and exported to the system. This can be helpful if you want to investigate the data that has been sent to, or received from, the bank.

How to access the Xml archive from the bank

  1. Select the icon Søg efter side eller rapport, type in Banks, and select the related link.
  2. Select the bank for which you want to access the Xml archive.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. On the bank card under Navigate, select XML Archive.
  5. In the xml archive you get an overview of the files stored for the bank.
  6. You can find file information such as Creation Time, Type, Filename, System Code, and Id.
  7. If you want to preview the file, select Show File.
  8. If you want to save the file, select Save File.
