How do I subscribe to Continia Payment Management?

Contact your reseller of NAV and Business Central products and they will help you get a subscription that suits your needs. Read more in the article Download and install.

You can either choose to purchase or rent (subscription) your Payment Management license.

I am missing some of the Payment Management features in my system

If there are features you cannot find in your NAV or Business Central, the reason might be one of the following issues:

  1. You do not have the required permission in the system. Your permissions are decided by the user role assigned to you in the role center, and not all roles will have the privileges required to view the features of Payment Management.

  2. The requested/missing functionality is not included in the solution module, that you are subscribing to or having a license to.

  3. Payment Management is not enabled on the Payment Journal. You must actively select on the payment journal, that the journal must use Payment Management functionality before the features are available. See more in the article Create a payment journal.

I am experiencing issues with the payment journal

The payment entries created in the payment journal depends on the various setup, on both the vendor, the payment journal and the Setup of payment suggestion. Therefore, issues with the payment journal will most often be explained in your setup.

I am unsure about how I should use the system
