Demo data Multi-Level Payment Discount

With the Multiple Payment Discount demo data, you can generate a sales invoice with a multi-level payment discount. In addition, the necessary settings are made.

The start a demo scenario for Multiple Payment Discounts:

  1. Select the search icon, enter Continia Demo Scenarios, and select the related link.
  2. For the Associations module, there are two demo scenarios available:
    • Multi-Level Payment Discount: Sales invoice - generates a sales invoice with a multi-level payment discount.
  3. Select the scenario, and on the action bar, select Run Scenario. The created sales invoice opens instantly.

To explain:

  1. Show that a new payment term with three levels is created: 40 days net, Three-level payment discount: Due date formula: 40 D Payment Discount: 10 D - 3% Payment Discount 2: 20 D - 2% Payment Discount 3: 30 D - 1%
  2. Show the sales invoice with posting-/document date = working date is created with the new payment terms.
  3. If you run the test in demo mode, a page showing the payment terms appears. Explain the fields and the multi-level payment discount.
  4. Go to the created sales invoice.
  5. Open the Continia Finance sales information page and then Multiple Pmt. Discount and explain those.
