This article provides information about the reports available in the Continia Ext. Fixed Assets module. These reports offer valuable insights into fixed asset management, facilitating informed decision-making and financial analysis within organizations utilizing the Continia Ext. Fixed Assets module.

The following reports are available:

  • Inventory Sheet Report - a standard report functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that provides a detailed overview of inventory items, including their quantities, values, and other relevant information to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and analyze inventory performance. Within this report, you can display all relevant fixed asset information, including asset master data and postings. If you enter acquisitions with quantities (in for example the FA Journal or Purchase Invoices), the quantity displays in the report.
  • Fixed Asset – History Report - a standard report functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that provides a comprehensive view of all transactions and activities related to fixed assets within a specified period. It includes information such as acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and any other relevant changes to fixed assets over time. With the Continia Finance Extended Fixed Assets modules installed, you can also view all postings per fixed asset within a specified period, allowing users to track asset activity over time.
  • Assets Analysis with Reposting Report - illustrates the value development of fixed assets throughout the reporting year, offering insights into asset performance.
  • Asset Additions Report - lets you view all asset additions, including values per asset within a specific period.
  • Asset Disposals Report - showcases asset disposal postings within a specified period, providing details such as disposal date and sales price. Scrapped assets are indicated with an asterisk.
  • Development of Fixed Asset Report - depicts the development of individual assets within a specified period, including their book value on the ending date.
  • Asset - Preview Report - generate this report to forecast the expected development of an asset over the next five years from the starting date. It also supports different group totals accrual for analysis.
