Splitting Bank Accounts

In the payment suggestion, you have the possibility to make a split of the amounts to be paid from different bank accounts or to change an already existing split.

To do this, you can manually change the Bank Account No. field in the suggested lines or navigate to Bank Account Allocation in the Outgoing payments via the Analysis & information menu item.

The basis for the allocation is the amount in the Total - exportable field in the Payment Suggestion Header.

On the Bank Account Allocation page, first activate the Show All Bank Accounts switch. You will now see the listing of all available bank accounts.

For each bank account to be used, place a check mark in the Use Bank Account field.

Additionally, you can also specify allocation amounts to be used per bank account in the Available Amount field. The allocation will then be made taking into account the entered amount. You can combine the proportional and amount allocation as you wish.

Then select the Reallocate action. A display of the new allocation to the specified bank accounts will open first. With OK the allocation will be taken over into your payment workbook and the field Bank Account will be changed according to the new allocation.
