Application Search Term Setup

The Application Search Term Setup is available for automated account and application of entries determination.

Application Search Term

In the field Type you define what is searched for. You can choose between the options Customer/Vendor No. and Document No..

In the Search Term field, you specify a keyword to search for in the Purpose of the bank statement. The digits following the Search Term in the Purpose will be extracted and used for the search.

In the fields StringLengthMin and StringLengthMax fields, you specify the length of the extracted strings.
