Business value

This feature provides a more smooth flow by removing the need for reopening documents whenever there’s a need for minor corrections that have no influence on amounts, such as changing G/L account or certain dimensions.

Feature details

It's now possible to allow selected users to edit approved documents in Expense Management. These users can edit a selection of fields on documents with the status Pending Approval or Released. Modifying fields that influence amounts still requires that the document is reopened.
