You can always find help if you’re stuck, unable to find or understand something, or need assistance in other matters. In any such cases, feel free to use one of Continia’s three overall types of support, depending on your situation:


Only partners have access to the Continia PartnerZone and the emergency hotline. As an end user, you’ll have to contact your existing Business Central partner for any queries that you can’t find answers to on Continia Docs.

Customer support

As a customer, please contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner for any questions you might have – unless of course you can find the answers here on Continia Docs. Your partner has access to Continia training and a wealth of other relevant resources, and partners can also always contact Continia directly with specific queries, if necessary.


If you are an end user or customer with questions to the Continia e-Documents Import solution you must contact your Dynamics NAV or Business Central on premises partner.

Partner support

As a partner, you can get help by contacting Continia via the Continia PartnerZone or the Continia website. The Continia PartnerZone also contains a large number of educational resources that you may find useful, including video guides, customizable demo portals, and the official Continia Help Center. These resources are specifically aimed at partners and contain much information that can’t be found elsewhere.
