Sending Electronic Documents in England
As a customer in England, you can send electronic documents either by email (as attached files) or through the PEPPOL eDelivery Network.
Continia Document Output connects you directly to the PEPPOL eDelivery Network, thereby eliminating the need to sign up with any third parties for integration. Once connected, you can start sending electronic documents to your customers in England and other countries. There's currently no standardization or consensus on the use of PEPPOL in England. However, the National Health Service (NHS) in England has decided to use PEPPOL as a document delivery method, and it's being adopted as a messaging standard when dealing with the NHS.
Document Output supports the PEPPOL BIS 3 format when it comes to billing documents such as invoices and credit memos.
