By highlighting relevant lines and differences in price, quantity, or promised delivery date, this feature will make it easier for you to see what exactly is going to be updated in your purchase orders during matching. You no longer have to scroll down to read lengthy comments for each line – the changes will be typographically highlighted directly in the lines themselves. The feature will be particularly useful for purchase orders with many lines, saving you large amounts of time and hassle.
Feature details
A new Order Matching page will be introduced in the PURCHORDER category, allowing you to use order matching functionality when updating existing purchase orders. To make it easier for you to spot the purchase order lines that are going to be updated, they'll be highlighted in bold. Also, lines with any kind of differences (whether in terms of price, quantity, or promised delivery date) will be italicized and written in red.
