This feature will be particularly useful for businesses that don't require document approvals or detailed posting information for certain purchase documents. Some documents, often from one-time vendors, are unnecessary to register in full in Continia Document Capture and may not contain enough details to warrant a full registration anyway. Such documents may as well be registered directly as lines in the general journal instead, and this feature enables you to do just that.
