This feature will make comments about failed automatic approval available to approvers during document approval, thereby adding transparency to the approval process. Until now, such comments have only been visible at an earlier stage in the overall process, but with this feature they'll be visible to the right people at the right time.
Feature details
Today, when a purchase document fails to be automatically approved, Continia Document Capture displays a pop-up message explaining why to the user who registers the document. This message is displayed during document registration, and the document is then submitted into the normal approval flow. With the addition of this feature, the pop-up message will also be stored as an approval comment and displayed to approvers during the approval process, so they know the exact details of why the document failed to be automatically approved. This may be useful information to the approvers when they need to determine if the document can be approved.
