We're always here to help if you’re stuck, can't find or understand something, or need assistance in other matters. In such cases, feel free to use one of Continia’s four overall types of support:

Continia’s official documentation site, Continia Docs, features many helpful articles for beginners, IT professionals, and anyone in between. Always consult this site before resorting to any other support options!
Continia Learn is our free online learning platform that provides training and assessments on Continia products. If you’re looking for a thorough and interactive introduction to Continia products, you'll find it there. The various product learning paths on Continia Learn contain conceptual content, guided step-by-step procedures, and demonstration videos to get you on top of things. And when you’ve completed a learning path and passed a test, you can claim your certification badge and add it to, for example, your LinkedIn profile or email signature.
As a customer, please contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner for any questions about Collection Management – unless you can find the answers here on Continia Docs. Your partner has access to Continia training and a wealth of other relevant resources, and partners can also always contact Continia directly with specific queries, if necessary.

As a partner, you can get help by contacting Continia via the Continia PartnerZone or the Continia website. The Continia PartnerZone also contains many educational resources that you may find helpful, including video guides, customizable demo portals, and the official Continia Help Center. These resources are specifically aimed at partners and contain much information that can’t be found elsewhere.
