Employees who are dispatched to locations in different countries may drive and log mileage in currencies other than the company's default currency. Supporting currency codes on mileage registrations makes it possible to maintain country-specific rates, and ensure that employees working abroad are reimbursed in the relevant currency.
Feature details
A Currency Code field added to mileage rates, makes it possible to define and maintain mileage rates in different currencies.
When a mileage expense is registered, the rate applied will follow the currency assigned to the relevant mileage rate entry. For the best user experience, a default vehicle can be configured directly in the Continia Users Default Setup. This ensures that users are automatically associated with an appropriate vehicle and the correct currency and rate when submitting mileage expenses.
