Manually insert a document into the list of documents to send
You want to send a posted invoice as an electronic document but it is not in the list of documents to send.
Choose the icon, enter Documents to Send, and then choose the related link.
On the Documents to send page, choose the Insert Sales Invoice action. The Insert Posted Sales invoice to send request windows opens showing the filter options.
The Documents to Send page contains actions to insert other document types.
In the No. field, choose the number of the posted sales invoice you want to insert.
Choose the OK button.
You are now ready to send the electronic document to your customer.
The added document could become invalid as some required information on the posted document is missing. This happens when the e-Documents Export customer is not present at the time of posting then the pre-post validation is not executed.
